What happens when there is nothing left to fix? Those who can… teach!
Turn IT On consultants deliver technical support in Primary schools across London and the South East. School staff communicate their technical support issues via their Turn IT On Portal. Our aim is to make sure that everything is working as it should and that there are no barriers to teaching or learning.
Well, what happens when everything technical is running smoothly? There are certainly continued network maintenance tasks and checks, but when all is good, do we sit on our laurels? No. Those who can… teach!
Our consultants can help teachers to use the software and hardware resources to their full potential in class. We plan and prepare lessons and schemes of work. If a school requires teaching, we will run demonstration lessons, to ensure that students and teachers get the most of their Turn IT On time on site.
Ray Bethley has been running several sessions at Holy Cross Primary school in Hammersmith and Fulham this term. Much more than just technical support, he has been taking year groups across the school for full class Computing lessons.
Ray is one of many Turn IT On technicians who are also qualified primary teachers.
Our curriculum team are constantly devising new training sessions and school projects, that can be run in any school.
Do get in touch if technical support, coupled with unique teaching expertise, is just what your school might need.
