We welcome another new starter, Andrew Crook, who joins our technical helpdesk team this week. We hope Andrew enjoys his first week with Turn IT On and settles in well.

Our helpdesk provides remote support to our schools every working day through the year. This means that our schools are supported throughout the school holidays and between their consultants’ visitsAs our number of customers grows our helpdesk is also increasing in size. We recently took on a second office at our Princes Risborough site, meaning our technical team now have its own purpose-designed office space.
