Congratulations are due to two of our ICT consultants: Mike Burton who recently passed a Microsoft examination and Jamie Watson who has worked his way up from being an apprentice to become a full ICT consultant.

It is important to us here at Turn IT On to ensure that we remain a company where people enjoy coming to work and that treats its staff well. We are therefore proud to offer our staff opportunities to progress. We do this in a number of ways, one of which is by offering opportunities for professional development by way of career-related qualifications such as the Microsoft certification. It also means that our staff can continue to deliver the best levels of support to our schools.

Our apprenticeship scheme has also allowed two school leavers to gain valuable work experience in the ICT field. We have been really impressed with their progress and the way they have fitted into both the Turn IT On team and their schools. Turn IT On has consequently offered both apprentices full-time, ICT consultancy roles and they continue to offer great ICT support to their schools in Surrey and Oxfordshire.

Well done to both Mike and Jamie – we are sure they will continue to contribute a great deal to our growing team.
