Our MIS Support Team have had a great start to 2015.

Census day

The first big event for schools in the MIS calendar was Census day on 15^th January. Accurate data is very important because Pupil Premium funding is calculated from the return, so the MIS Support Team were happy to advise and assist the many schools who phoned for support. Schools are continuing to work on the returns and we are happy to continue to receive calls about any element of the process.

New SIMS assessment solution

Helen and Rachel from the MIS Support Team previewed the new SIMS solution for Assessment without Levels when they attended a User Acceptance Testing session at Capita. They were able to have an input on how the software will look and behave. Watch out for the SIMS spring release when the new solution will be available.

New MIS Support Team member

We are absolutely delighted to announce that we have a new member in the team. Erika Vincent has joined us, bringing a wealth of knowledge. She has previously worked in both primary and secondary schools and also a SIMS helpdesk. Welcome Erika!
