The turn IT on Benefits committee was formed to make sure that we are delivering the best possible benefits package that we can to all staff, regardless of who you are and where you are based. It meets regularly to discuss everything that makes up the wide range of benefits offered by turn IT on as an employer, from Pensions to gym-wear discounts, weekly shopping cashback to employee support programmes. The strength of the committee comes from the fact is formed of representatives from across the business, each bringing their own experiences and views to the table. Our team consists of Sally Bannister, Nicci Longmore, Becky Tyler, Sam Rudd and Neil Hosken. Whether you are a Consultant working in the field or one of the Head Office team, we aim to offer a voice on behalf of every member of staff.
