Service Desk Manager

I began my journey in education as a School Finance Officer, a role I held for seven years, before joining Turn IT on 13 years ago.  I’ve been proud to be part of Turn IT on, where I’ve had the privilege of contributing in various capacities, from MIS Consultant to Financial Services Team Leader through MIS Manager, each role has offered invaluable experiences that have shaped my professional growth and prepared me for my current position as Service Desk Manager.

For the last four years, I’ve led the Service Desk, overseeing the delivery of exceptional support to schools across multiple regions. My team ensures schools can access expert assistance to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. As the Service Desk Manager, I’m responsible for service management and improvement, focusing on customer service excellence. My focus has always been on delivering quality service with a friendly, solution-oriented approach that schools can trust.

Throughout my time at Turn IT on, I’ve faced many challenges and celebrated countless achievements. What continues to inspire me is the company’s unwavering commitment to improving the education sector through expert advice and outstanding support. This mission resonates with me deeply and remains a driving force in my work.

I’m incredibly proud of the supportive and talented service desk team I lead, and the collaborative and nurturing culture that defines Turn IT on.
