Company Update

We have some fantastic news to share. We congratulate Tom Watson for starting his new role as Managing Director of Turn IT on. Tom has been at the heart of Turn IT on for many years, in the role of Operations Director, and has always played a major part in the smooth running of the company. This new role is well deserved. Here are a few words from Tom.

I am incredibly proud and excited to step into the role of Managing Director at Turn IT on. I have witnessed Turn IT on experience notable growth and change in the last 11 years, however, I’ve always believed that our unique culture of being a caring and supportive business has been maintained. Our staff care about what they do and have pride in their respective roles.

Whether this is a consultant who visits schools, or a member of the Service Desk handling a customer on the phone, all our staff make a significant impact on the daily operation of schools and contribute to making Turn IT on the best it can be.

I’m very keen to ensure we maintain values within the company where staff support each other and help to improve our service delivery continually. A culture that Tom Welch has led and cultivated until now, which has been a huge part of our success.
