Our Head of HR, Sally Bannister is a finalist for the Venus Awards HR Manager of the Year in the Thames Valley!

2017 is the first Thames Valley Venus Awards, spanning Swindon, Oxford, Reading, High Wycombe and Bracknell. Nominations and applications exceeded expectations in all categories.

Sally has worked at Turn IT On since 2014 as our Head of HR and has made a real difference to the company.

Alongside working for Turn IT On Sally is a busy mother of four; Joe 12, Jake 11, Evie 4 and Bella 1. She is also a parent governor at her local primary school and spends her weekends cheering on her children at football and athletic events.

The Venus Awards has already given Sally a great opportunity to network with other amazing women working in the Thames Valley and the final in June will be no different.
