We are excited to announce that Turn IT On are a finalist in the Top Employers for Working Families Special Awards!

Turn IT On have been shortlisted for “The Direct Line Group best for embedded flexible working award” and we are very proud to have been made finalists.

The annual Top Employers for Working Families Special Awards have 11 categories across a range of work-life practices, including flexible working initiatives. Now in their 8th year the Special Awards showcase and celebrate employers’ work-life and flexible working policies and practices.  Making the shortlist for a Special Award recognises best practice, innovation and sustainability and marks out winners as leaders in the field.

Here at Turn IT On we fully support flexible working across the company and options to work flexibly are actively promoted, with a focus on helping mothers and fathers take sufficient leave. Many of our staff are part-time and others work remotely to reduce the need for unnecessary travel and allow time for other responsibilities in the lives of our staff.

We are very proud to have been nominated for this award, good luck to all the other finalists. We look forward to the results night on July 6th!
