RM Integris Support in Oxfordshire
If you are a school in Oxfordshire, you will no doubt have heard the Oxfordshire MIS Support Team will no longer be supporting schools from August this year.
We can help!
As well as SIMS support the Turn IT On MIS Support Team is also accredited to provide RM Integris support which we are currently providing to schools with great success.
Our support incorporates a full range of remote telephone support, training and advice. More details about the support can be found on the MIS Support and Instant Admin Support sections of our website
Led by our MIS Team Manager Melanie Phillips, our friendly and experienced MIS staff currently provide MIS Support to over 140 schools in Oxfordshire and the South East. The team have all worked within schools and understand the pressures faced by school administrators, finance staff and teachers. We were delighted to receive the following comment from one of the Oxfordshire schools we support:
“The Turn IT On MIS Support team have been exemplary.
Nothing is too much trouble – although I know that my questions would be enough to drive anyone mad! They have thought ahead and encouraged me to do what I didn’t even know I needed to do.
Great customer service – I consider them to be the John Lewis and Waitrose of the IT world.”
Carol Carney – Bursar, Lewknor Primary School

We would very much like to welcome Oxfrodshire schools to the Integris/SIMS/OPT Support information seminars we will be holding in local areas on 24th February and 3rd and 4th March 2015. Please email mis.support@turniton.co.uk to book a place and confirm venues and times. If you would like to sign up for our Turn IT On Integris Support please call us on 01865 597620 to request an order form.
Finally, we are delighted to announce that Turn IT On are going into partnership with Kim Marczak to offer a support service for assessment tracking within SIMS and Integris. We are aware of the OCC business transfer proposal for the OPT service and we will keep you up to date with progress in this area. Kim will be writing to Oxfordshire schools soon and she will also be present at the information sessions where she will be more than happy to discuss this.
If you have any questions about MIS Support please do let us know!
